Klub20 West is the premium gym that has it all . The equipment is clean, in great working order and the staff equally great. They are friendly and always greet you a smile . The locker room and other facilities are washrooms are always clean . Out of all the gyms in the area this place is best you will ever experience .

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the gym is kept super clean, and the equipment is top tier with everything you need. Very nice gym. Used to go here when I lived in the area, very clean and has a private women’s section, studio you can use when there’s no classes, and sauna and steam room in the locker room. Would definitely recommend.

Gym very clean including washrooms and changing room area. So many great classes to choose from and choice of equipment (love the treadmill ). Friendly front desk staff (always greeted by Kate, Nora, Alec and Ryan) as well as gym manager Taylor. Appreciate age range. Highly recommend Klub 20.

Very friendly and clean gym. I love the variety of classes offered and you can participate in as many as you like. Instructors are friendly and professional. The ladies only gym is a bonus. There is always a lady cleaning the women’s locker room and gym which is much appreciated.

I’ve been training at Klub20 for the last 3 years. I play hockey, which requires gym time for certain reasons and Klub20 offered its best machines. Great staff, great locker rooms. I have never been so welcomed at a gymn before, its really has a community feel! Friendly, staff ,the teachers are all so talented, approachable, and genuinely interested in your well being.I've made new friends there, and meet up for coffee afterwards, main thing is feel stronger,fitter and healthier than I have in years, and I'm 65 years old. Highly recommend.
Great facility. Everything is clean at all times as the staff works constantly to keep all surfaces nice and tidy. The machines are mostly new and the cardio equipment is quite up to date with enough built in entertainment to keep you occupied and distracted while doing cardio. And the spa and showering area is quite adequate for a proper unwinding after every workout

I have been going to this gym for the past year and I highly recommend it. The facilities are always clean and equipment maintained very well with two types of saunas! My husband and I really enjoy this gym. There are machines and equipment for all our needs. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Locker rooms are clean. Now that I know that the large room is available when it’s empty I will use the space for floor exercises!

Facilities are very clean, usually someone cleaning equipment throughout the day. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Wide variety of machines and free weights throughout the gym, and doesn’t feel super cramped either.

Klub 20 is an awesome gym. Really friendly staff. Gym is constantly cleaned and a very wide selection of machines, weights and activities. The classes are a big hit with my wife. I have never had to wait for use of equipment even during peak times.
Love this gym. Every time I walk in I’m greeted by a hi how are you by the workers. The equipment is top tier and they have probably the hardest working cleaners I have ever seen, place is always spotless.

I've tried many gyms in my life and klub 20 is by far the best. The many choices of group classes included with a regular membership is unlike anywhere else. The place is super clean. The teachers are great at what they do. The sauna and steam room are perfect to unwind after a big work out. I highly recommend this place!

just joined the gym a few weeks ago and am loving it, esp that there's a woman's only section. The front desk girl Jessica who helped me get set up and answered my million questions was incredibly sweet, patient and non-judgemental. As a bigger person that's always self-consciousness at gyms, that sealed the deal for me. Her kind personality and help was the main reason I decided to stick with this gym long term. I love going to Klub20.Being in my 40s and hesitant to join a Gym, my wife convinced me, and I couldn't be happier. Great friendly staff, and very good classes( Shane's boot camps are great Tuesdays and Thursdays.) The schedule is also great, as its 24hrs. Really convenient !For anyone looking to get back in shape this is a perfect welcoming place.
The 24-hour access is a huge plus, making it easy to come at times when it’s not too busy. The facilities are well-maintained, with plenty of equipment to choose from. The hotel safe-style locks on the lockers are a nice convenience - no need to bring a lock. I also personally love the steam room. Overall, a great gym with thoughtful amenities

They all include the whole club. 1 Year has the lowest price for a 12-month commitment. Flex has a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Super Flex has no commitment at all and includes towel service.
Yes. There's a one-time annual fee on every plan: $69, or $79 for Super Flex ($89 and $99 for couples), unless a promotion is running, which will be shown above.
Yes. Every plan can be billed every 2 weeks or monthly. Use the Biweekly and Monthly switch above the plans to see both prices.
We accept all payment methods. Online sign-up takes credit cards only, and we accept all credit cards. To pay by pre-authorized debit from your bank account with a void cheque, sign up in person with one of our fitness consultants during the day, Monday to Saturday.
Yes. Super Flex can be cancelled anytime with no fees. Flex has no cancellation fee with 30 days' notice after the 3-month minimum. On the 1 Year plan, you can leave early by paying 50% of the remaining balance, or by transferring your membership to someone else for $49 plus tax. Need a break instead? Every plan can be frozen, and your rate stays locked in.
Yes, on every plan: 1 Year, Flex and Super Flex. You can freeze for 1, 2 or 3 months, up to 3 months per year, and the months don't need to be back to back. A freeze costs $10 a month instead of your regular payment, your renewal date moves back by the months you freeze, and when it ends, your regular payments continue as usual. Freezing keeps the rate you signed up at, and any promotion, locked in: if you cancel and come back later, we can't guarantee them. A freeze starts on one of your bill dates, never retroactively: your next one, if you send your request more than 5 business days before it, or a later invoice date you choose. You can see your invoice dates in the Klub20 app. Send it in writing with the form at the bottom of our website: we never process freezes over the phone.
Yes. Every plan, 1 Year, Flex and Super Flex, can be transferred to someone else for $49 plus tax. The new member takes over your membership right where you left off, with no interruption: your rate, the time left on it, and any active promotion, if applicable. It becomes their membership, and they can finish it and choose whether to renew. To start a transfer, visit the front desk during the day, or send a transfer request with the form at the bottom of our website, including the new member's name and phone number. The new member then comes to the gym in person during the day to sign the transfer documents. The $49 plus tax can be charged to your account, or paid by the new member when they sign.
Your first KFIT session and your first Group PT session are both free. There's no free trial of the gym itself, but you can buy a $25 24-hour day pass, which can cover 2 days in a row. If you like it and buy a membership, the $25 is credited back. You can also get a free tour with one of our fitness consultants during the day, or schedule your free gym tour here.
One person is the primary account holder and pays the couples rate, which costs less than two single memberships. Both of you still get your own separate access account, so each of you can come in anytime, on your own schedule, no need to come together. Couples memberships are available for adults and for students, and are for real couples only: family members or friends signing up together don't qualify.
For two adults, it's $59.99 every 2 weeks on the 1 Year plan, $68.99 on Flex and $86.99 on Super Flex. Student couples start at $48.99 every 2 weeks. That's less than two single memberships, and each of you still gets your own access. Plus taxes.
A valid school photo ID. Student prices are available on 1 Year, Flex and Super Flex, for singles and couples, plus a $249 student price on the 3-month short term membership.
Members must be at least 14. Ages 14 and 15 can join, but must train with a parent or with a personal trainer. Ages 16 and 17 can train on their own with a parent's signature. From 18, no signature is needed. For safety reasons, children 13 and under can't use the gym.
First, read the error message carefully, since it usually explains the problem. A common one is a special character the system doesn't accept, like é or an apostrophe ('), so try typing your name or address without it. If the message says you're underage: our online system has extra security measures for parental approval, so members under 18 need to register in person. Visit us at the gym with a parent and we'll help you sign up.
