Still on the fence?
Add up what guessing has cost you so far: programs, apps, supplements and fresh starts. A plan that works is the better investment. Sessions are $59 to $199, and your assessor helps you find what fits.
That's exactly why you need a trainer. 60 focused minutes, no wasted sets, no wandering around wondering what's next.
That's like cleaning up before the cleaners come. Starting where you are is exactly what a trainer is for.
That's the best reason to do it differently this time: a coach, a plan built for you and progress you can actually see.
That's why you won't be alone. Your trainer is beside you for every machine and every move, and your sessions can happen in our private personal training room, away from the busy main floor. Klub 20 also has a women's-only private studio.
That's when it matters most. Strength and balance are what keep you independent, and it's never too late to build them.
Free, about 1 minute, and you'll see whether you qualify for a free fitness assessment and 3D body scan.
Our promise
Love it, or walk away.
We believe in our personal training so much that you'll feel the value from your very first session with one of our experienced trainers. So we take the risk off you.
How many sessions do you have to decide? It's 1, 2 or 3, depending on your package. Ask your fitness assessor during your assessment and you'll know exactly how many before you start. Then visit the front desk within that window, tell us honestly why it wasn't the right fit, and we'll start your cancellation. No pressure, and no commitment to the remaining sessions.

Member stories
Last fall I retired from many years of energetic and enthusiastic interactive teaching and need to regroup. I thought I could do so on my own. But after a few well structured sessions with Leila, I realized that I was wrong. Instead of failing in my goal, I can now see an expeditious and enjoyable path to success around the corner. There is no substitute for professional support and informed guidance. Thank you, Leila.

Still wondering? Call 514-505-3555Personal training is $59 to $199 per session, plus taxes. The price depends on your goals, your fitness level, the trainer you need to reach them and whether you're a member: members get our standard rates, and non-member rates are higher. You get your exact options at your free assessment.
Yes. Non-members can buy personal training, but non-member rates are higher, and without a membership you can only come in for your scheduled sessions. That's why most clients get the best value as Klub 20 members: you pay our standard personal training rates and can train on your own between sessions.
Yes, but not a copy-and-paste spreadsheet. Your trainer coaches you through the key foundations, teaches you the mechanics of every movement, and gives you specific guidance for the days you train on your own. Real personal training is live coaching: adjusting in real time, preventing injuries, keeping you accountable and adapting to how your body responds.
That's what the Klub 20 Personal Training Guarantee is for. If it isn't the right fit, come to the front desk within your first 1, 2 or 3 sessions, depending on your package, tell us why, and we'll start your cancellation. You only pay for the sessions you used, with no commitment to the rest. Your fitness assessor will tell you exactly how many sessions you have during your assessment.
It depends on your plan. If your insurance or work benefits program covers our services or packages, we can provide receipts. Ask our fitness assessor at your assessment and we'll check whether you're eligible.
Every personal training session is 60 minutes, one-on-one with your trainer.
No. Starting where you are is exactly what personal training is for. Your trainer meets you at your level and builds from there, whether you're brand new or coming back after years off.
Your trainer builds a program around your goal, your level and your body, coaches your technique on every exercise, keeps you accountable to your sessions and tracks your progress so your plan can change as you improve. On your own, you're guessing at all of that.
It's a 30-minute, one-on-one meeting with our fitness assessor that includes a full 3D body scan. You talk through your goals and your history, see exactly where you stand, and leave with a plan and your personal training options. It's normally $99.
Take the 1-minute Fitness Assessment Qualification on this page. If you're ready to start within the next month, you qualify for a free fitness assessment and full 3D body scan, normally $99. If you're a member, it's already included with your membership.
Yes. Every Klub 20 membership includes a free assessment with a 3D body scan and a free personal training session.

Our team includes NASM, ISSA and YMCA certified personal trainers and a certified TRX instructor, with backgrounds in exercise science, athletic therapy, competitive sport and martial arts, plus certifications like Precision Nutrition, TPI Golf Fitness and the Functional Movement Screen. Yes, from age 14. Ages 14 and 15 must train with a parent or a personal trainer, and ages 16 and 17 can train on their own with a parent's signature. Anyone under 18 registers in person with a parent.
Yes, with your doctor's OK first. Tell us in the Fitness Assessment Qualification and your assessor will explain the next step. Your trainer adapts your workouts to where you are.
Often, yes. If you have a heart condition, or a doctor has limited the exercise you can do, we ask for your doctor's OK before you start, and your trainer adapts your program. Personal training doesn't replace physiotherapy or medical care.
That's one of the best reasons to work with a trainer. New programming, coaching on your technique and someone tracking your progress are often what it takes to get moving again.
Yes, two. Klub 20 has a private, quiet room just for personal training clients. Your trainer can take you there for your sessions, away from the busy main floor, and there's nothing extra to book: just show up for your session. There's also a women's-only private studio with its own equipment.
