Heart Rate Zones

Your coach will lead you through our five distinct heart rate zones: resting, gentle, demanding, less comfortable, and maximum effort, indicating when to exert more effort and when to ease up for recuperation. The objective is to reach your heart rate to Zone 4 for 12 to 20 minutes. This will enhance your metabolism, incinerating fat, and increasing calorie burn.

BOXING
Boxing is renowned for its ability to improve hand-eye coordination, agility, cardiovascular conditioning, and overall athleticism. As you punch, jab, and dodge, you'll be amazed by how quickly your reflexes sharpen, your coordination improves, and your overall athletic performance skyrockets.

STRENGTH TRAINING
Everyday there’s a brand new weight resistance and body weight workout, allowing you to target various muscle groups. If you have any injuries or limitations, your coach will show you alternative movements for every exercise.
