Group Exercise Classes
We specialize in group exercise classes! In Montreal, our Klub Athletik fitness facilities is number one in providing our members the best quality and highest quantity of classes on a weekly basis. Every week we have over 80 group exercise classes! You will find a diversified line up of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning classes ranging from: ZUMBA®, Yoga, Spinning, TRX, Bootcamp, Aerobics, and much more! All of our group exercise classes are tough by a certified experienced instructors.

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting. The routines feature aerobic exercise with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Can Zumba help you lose weight?
If you do Zumba classes for one hour a day and eat 500 calories a day less than you need to maintain your weight, you should lose 2 pounds weekly (about 8 pounds a month). This is a healthy rate of weight loss. Losing weight any faster means you're losing muscle instead of fat.
Our dedicated spinning and cycling room is packed with classes all week long! Intense spin class workouts for all fitness levels. A huge effect on the class is led by our instructor who calls out intervals (when to pedal hard and when to slow down) – and usually synced with the rhythm of the music.
Participating in our spinning classes will also aid your outdoor cycling performance. As you follow our qualified cycling coaches you will develop your skills needed for changing interval levels, such as in a bike race.
Work on STRENGTH, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY and CORE STABILITY all in one class! TRX suspension training uses your own body weight to challenge you throughout the class. The amazing part about TRX is that you can adjust the difficulty of any movement by simply adjusting the angle of your body. You may start at completely vertical as a beginner and gradually becoming more horizontal as you improve. Try one of our TRX classes, you won't regret it!
Yoga classes are an amazing choice to add to your weekly workout routine. Yoga has virtually zero impact on your joints and body. This allows for a unique way of training your physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. Improve your flexability, core, balance & stability.
